Mastropetro is the photography of Peter Alomepe.
I picked up a camera young and have not put it down. I am not a photographer for a living — I have other work — but I photograph the way some people read or walk: as a way of being awake to the world.
This site is where the work accumulates. There is no system to it. I add images when they want to be added. The galleries grow slowly.
Houston, mostly. Cameroon, sometimes. Anywhere else the work takes me.
